This coupon entitles you to your initial exam and any necessary X-rays for only $147, normally $225 and up. There will be no out of pocket charge if this exam is related a qualified automobile related accident.
We may not bill your health insurance company for the $147 as this is only a special introductory price which allows you to try out our office and see if we can help you. We will give you a receipt for your services at the time of your exam and you may directly submit your receipt to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement.
If you choose to continue care with our office we will gladly verify your health insurance benefits and bill your insurance carrier directly.
If you do not have the benefit of qualifying health insurance Chiropractic coverage, you can relax in knowing that we have affordable cash plans.
